Hi I’m Toni, an Integrative Counsellor and Founder of Evoak Counselling. As a registered member of the BACP, I offer a professional and compassionate space where you can talk openly and feel heard, without judgement.
I have over 20 years’ experience working across the NHS, prison, addiction, education, and community settings, supporting both adults and young people with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
My work is also shaped by my own life experiences, which gives me a deeper understanding of how complex and overwhelming things can feel at times.
I offer a Trauma -Informed, safe, supportive environment where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I work in an integrative way, meaning I tailor therapy to suit you as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
My aim is to help you build self-awareness, work through challenges, and feel more able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

What is Intergrative Approach
Integrative counselling draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit the individual needs of each client. This includes in my approach elements from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt therapy and more. The aim is to provide a comprehensive, personalised service that addresses your emotional, mental, and relational well-being.
By combining different approaches, I can offer flexible support that fits your unique situation, ensuring that the therapy is as effective as possible.
