Counselling in Egham
I offer counselling in Egham for adults and young people who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or finding that simply “getting through the day” no longer feels enough.

You may have become used to carrying on, pushing difficult feelings aside or finding ways to cope that help in the moment. Over time, though, you might begin to notice that the same feelings or patterns keep coming back.

Sometimes the ways we cope can be connected to experiences from earlier in our lives. You may find yourself turning to alcohol, drugs, food, relationships or other behaviours for comfort or relief, or wondering why certain situations continue to affect you so strongly.

Counselling gives you a space to slow things down and become curious about what's happening underneath, without judgement. Together, we can explore what's happening for you now while gently making sense of how past experiences may still be influencing how you feel and cope today.

The aim isn't simply to help you get through another difficult day. It's to help you understand yourself and your patterns better, recognise what you need and explore what you would like to be different.

I offer face-to-face counselling for people in Egham and surrounding areas, as well as online and telephone counselling, alongside group counselling.
I also see clients from Egham, Staines-upon-Thames, and Chertsey.
