I offer counselling for adults and young people who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, struggling in relationships or finding themselves coping with things on their own.
Sometimes you've been dealing with things by yourself for so long that asking for support can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. You may be the person who usually gets on with things, keeps going or tells yourself you should be able to manage on your own.
But carrying difficult experiences and emotions alone can become exhausting. You may find yourself feeling disconnected, stuck in the same patterns or turning to certain behaviours for comfort or relief when things become difficult.
Counselling gives you a space where you don't have to carry everything by yourself. We can start with what's happening for you now and, when it feels right, gently explore how earlier experiences may be influencing how you feel, relate to others and cope today.
Together, we can begin to understand what's underneath some of these patterns, what you may need and what you would like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
I offer face-to-face counselling, as well as online and telephone counselling, alongside group counselling. I also support clients from Stanwell, Heathrow, and Bedfont.
